From an asset atlas to playable content
Environment development candidate. The wider content atlas describes design scope, not a finished playable roster.

Inventory first, qualification second

The newer content plan inventories available figures, weapons, vehicles, items, props and effects before selecting a thin test slice. T0 is the smallest connected playable loop; T1 qualifies representatives, T2 expands class coverage and T3 deepens variants and balance. These stages prevent an asset list from silently becoming a feature promise.

Weapons need a complete relationship

Weapon families are matched to ammunition, handling, attachments and repair assumptions. Melee tools do not need a calibre, and a shotgun shell is not the same thing as its pellet damage model. Regional ammunition comparisons identify unresolved Harbor and tower supply questions rather than hiding them with invented free loot.

Enemies need more than an outfit

Figure and encounter tables consider regional roles, finite groups and visual variants. A different outfit is not automatically a new faction, resistance or attack. Planned animal, mutant, human or specialist candidates remain subject to rig, behaviour, animation and gameplay qualification. The public bestiary describes the established story roles, not every model in the atlas.

Vehicle models are not a driving system

Wrecks, cover and loot sources fit the current world work. Drivable vehicles, fuel, cargo and damage/repair relationships are part of feasibility and scope planning, not implemented driving announced for release. The native foundation does not supply a complete vehicle solution by itself.

Damage and repair stay measurable

The broader design explores physical, fire, chemical and electrical effects through native stats and status systems. Durability and repair costs remain balance assumptions; the thin T0 slice keeps durability disabled. Voice production sheets cover radio and announcements in both languages, while actual audio and effects integration still need evidence.
